Hit The Horizon offers a rock-solid 30-day return policy. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, just let us know, and we’ll make it right. We maintain our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason — we always take care of our customers, so shop with confidence. Simply contact us here for any returns or exchanges within 30 days.

ALTERNATIVE OPTION IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE
If you do inadvertently order the wrong size, which is a costly hassle for both you as a customer and our independent shop, we also offer an alternative, low-cost, replacement option, in addition to the simple return or exchange options noted above.

To use this option instead, simply contact us within 30 days to let us know. We will send you a personalized, one-time use coupon to order the new size at a very large discount, a significantly lower price. Then just keep the wrong size and give it to someone you think would appreciate it, donate it, etc. No need to bother with the hassle of returning it to us, and we’ll have the new size shipped to you ASAP.
