GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Here at Hit The Horizon, we not only strive to get you your orders quickly, but also with as small a carbon footprint as possible. Most of our products will ship to you from a location relatively close to your shipping address, except on rare occasion where product constraints dictate otherwise.
Shipping delays are rare, but do occasionally occur. They are out of our control when they do happen, so please note that our shipping times are the most currently available estimates only. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed (unless otherwise noted), but we always strive to keep holidays in mind and plan our product launches and sales well in advance to help make sure you receive your products when you need them.
After your order is processed on our end (typically within 1 hour), depending on your Ship To address and the product ordered, estimated delivery time is typically between 4 to 7 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and a tracking ID, so you can track your package during shipping. You can also check in on your shipment here at HitTheHorizon.com by clicking on the “Track Order” option in our top menu.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to show before contacting Hit The Horizon Support for assistance.
BACK ORDERED PRODUCTS
These are very rare for our products, but If your order does contain a back-ordered item, we will ship any in-stock item(s) without delay, and will then ship any back-ordered products as soon as they’re back in stock.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES / DISCLAIMER
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct, accurate shipping address on each order. The only downside of our fast order processing is that you only have a very short amount of time to correct any order discrepancies.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Hit The Horizon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Order Tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you did not receive it, please report the issue to your shipping carrier immediately. If you need any assistance with this, feel free to contact us at any time for guidance.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
